Our Booking Process

At no extra cost to you one of our experienced team members will meet to discuss all the fine details that will make your event one of the most memorable days of your life. During your consultation you can express your ideas, and we can detail how we develop them into reality, using our expertise to offer suggestions and advice. Ultimately we will help you to make the best cost effective decision based on your requirements whilst never compromising on quality.

Email or phone call to our office

You send us your event information and initial ideas.

Telephone discussion or face to face meeting

The options available to you are discussed in more depth via a phone call or face to face. This allows us to show you all the possibilities and to make suitable suggestions to you.

Detailed quotation

Prices & package options are discussed at this stage. We aim to provide the best possible set tailored to meet your budget.

Deposit payment for services

You will place a deposit payment (usually 20% of the balance) in order to secure your event and get the ball moving.

Exchange of booking forms & contracts

You will receive official paperwork from our company of your event information. This helps eliminate any confusion later on and ensures both parties are aware of the event details, expectations and responsibilities

Advice and guidance leading up to the event

This involves us making arrangements with other suppliers and arranging logistics. We will take care of supplying your venue with any documents they requires such as insurance, electrical testing, risk assessments and method statements. We would liaise with you to obtain copies of your itinerary and playlists, and get to know a little bit more about you and your guests in order to personalise your event.

After event service

Our services normally end the day your event finishes. However here at Birmingham Crew DJs & Events our doors remain open for any help or advice you need after the event.
